Memorial Bench Terms & Conditions:

• £750 donation includes the bench, a custom memorial plaque, and a contribution towards ongoing maintenance and upkeep.

• A limited number of memorial benches are available each year.

• The placement, installation, and design of the bench will be at the discretion of Middleton Hall & Gardens to ensure harmony with the surroundings.
